KITCHEN NOTES: twenty four (homemade peanut butter)

this is the twenty fourth installment of kitchen notes. post-it wisdom from my kitchen. a way to remind myself of the important things.

you’ve gotta be resourceful when you don’t have much…or don’t want things just sitting in your cupboard forever.

i’ve had a canister of roasted peanuts sitting in my cabinet for a while. i needed something to do with it. i didn’t feel too inspired to bake with it or put it in some savory dish.

m suggested peanut butter. best suggestion ever, since i’ve never made homemade peanut butter.

done and done.
